Ultrasound
Pelvic Sonography: Uterus is containing a single alive fetus in cephalic presentation. No gross fetal abnormality was appreciated. Fetal heart rate is 140b/min. Fetal sex is female. Amniotic fluid volume is normal. Placenta is anterior, high lying, with grade 2 maturity. Adnexae are clear. Impression: Pregnancy, 35 weeks and 3 days gestational age.
